- Can I purchase my gown online?
No, we do not take online orders. Since we are a manufacturer, we do not sell directly to the public. If you are interested in ordering a gown for your upcoming wedding day you may contact us for a list of retailers in you area. If you are a retailer looking to place an order for your store, you may contact us at our home office.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will take anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks to from the moment you order is placed, to the delivery to your front door. If you require any customization, this may take extra time depending on how significant the change. We will let you know if extra time will be required for your order.
- Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can customize your order. From the type of fabric used, to modifications with the design. Most modifications will not change the price of the gowns, but for a different fabric selection we will send you a price quote within 1 to 3 days.
- What material are your gowns made from?
All of gowns are made multiple fabrics such as organza, taffeta, satin, tulle, and chiffon. If you would like to have one of our designs made with a different fabric, we will send you a price quote within 1 to 3 days.
- Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we will offer discounts for large orders. Feel free to contact our home office for more information.
- What is your minimum order requirement?
For sample orders the minimum is 3. For orders placed off of a sample display the minimum order is 1 gown for that style.
